Will Vivy Fluorite Eye’s Song Season 2 Be Released?
Unfortunately, there will not be a Vivy Fluorite Eye’s Song Season 2. The reason there will not be a second season of Vivy is because the creators did not plan to make a sequel.
The writers, Tappei Nagatsuki and Eiji Umehara, had originally planned the story to be a one-season, 13-episode series.
So the Vivy anime is over, and finished.
However, there is a possibility of more Vivy anime projects from studio Wit.
The writers also said that if there is enough support, the series might get an OVA, or a spin-off series, so did the Vivy anime make good money?
The first season of Vivy sold was well-received and sold well.
On average, each volume of the Vivy Blu-ray sold over 3,600 copies, which is a decent number for 2021.
The sales of the Vivy light novels in Japan are unclear as they did not rank on the Oricon charts.

The soundtrack of the anime was particularly well-received. It was in the top 20 on Amazon for almost two months.
There is also a decent amount of Vivy merchandise, 150 goods, and 1 figure.
Despite its commercial success, it remains uncertain if it will result in further anime projects for the series.
In short, there will never be a release date for the second season of Vivy.
It is more probable that a new Vivy OVA or short film set in the same universe will be released instead of a new season.
Studio Wit is now working on larger projects, so even in the best-case scenario, we would have to wait a few years for something new in this series.
